Friday 18th September 2020 - Hi guys. I hope you have had a good week. Mine has been busy. Yes, I have lost weight. A few of you have noticed. I have been swimming at my club regularly. This has been a consistent health kick for the last thirteen months, except through lockdown of course when I was unable to do so. The result is I feel a lot fitter.
